Our Chef Patron is Rob Duncan he has been with us over 5 years firstly as head chef of Indaba Fish then as Executive Chef of Hooked on the Rocks and Hooked! Restaurant. He is now a partner and is more determined than ever to put Hooked! Restaurant firmly on the culinary map.
Rob and his young team make everything as much as possible in house from bread through to ice creams

In recent years he has thrown his considerable talents in the hospitality industry into well known local eateries such as Bustopher Jones and Mustard & Rye, bringing with him a wealth of experience
His knowledge of service is second to none and he has a strong desire to deliver an experience to every customer that is truly unique & memorable.
